The Safety Specialist supports HSE programs, conducts safety inspections, promotes a proactive safety culture, assists with training, and investigates incidents in a manufacturing setting.

Operate and monitor blast machines, conveyors, and rack systems to prepare pipe surfaces to SSPC and customer standards. Perform inspections and documentation for cleanliness and profile tests, conduct minor maintenance and troubleshooting, follow safety procedures (Lockout/Tagout, WHMIS), train assistants, and maintain housekeeping in an industrial, on-site manufacturing environment with shift work.

The HSE Manager oversees health, safety, and environmental programs, ensuring compliance and driving a proactive safety culture within the organization.

The Quality Control Representative inspects products for defects, conducts quality audits, maintains documentation, and collaborates with teams to ensure quality standards are met in manufacturing processes.

Coordinate post-purchase insulation projects from order setup through delivery. Serve as primary customer contact; liaise with Sales, Planning, Production, Logistics, and Finance. Maintain project records in ERP/MRP, ensure insulation specifications, monitor progress, resolve issues, support billing, and drive process improvements to ensure timely, accurate fulfillment.

Lead IT operations across multiple U.S. sites, overseeing infrastructure, enterprise applications, service desk, cybersecurity, and ERP implementations. Manage IT staff, vendors, budgets, and projects while ensuring compliance (SOX), system uptime, and support for manufacturing and engineering systems. Drive standardization, reporting, and continuous improvement.

HR Business Partner providing strategic and tactical HR support to U.S. manufacturing plants. Responsibilities include employee relations, performance management, compliance, workforce planning, recruitment, leadership coaching, HR program rollout, HRIS/payroll coordination, and supporting plant startups. Requires regular plant interaction and travel across U.S. locations.

Operate and monitor FBE coating line equipment to apply fusion bonded epoxy to pipe, ensure proper heating/curing, inspect coating quality, record production data, perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting, follow WHMIS/Lockout/Tagout and PPE safety procedures, and support team targets including training new operators. Shift work, overtime, and physical labor required.

Perform general labour duties in a pipe coating manufacturing plant: operate panels, assist foam application and maintenance, support shutdowns/startups, help with loading/unloading and pipe rack work, maintain housekeeping, follow safety procedures, complete trainings, and work 10-hour shifts with overtime as required.
