Lead IT operations across multiple U.S. sites, overseeing infrastructure, enterprise applications, service desk, cybersecurity, and ERP implementations. Manage IT staff, vendors, budgets, and projects while ensuring compliance (SOX), system uptime, and support for manufacturing and engineering systems. Drive standardization, reporting, and continuous improvement.

Operate and monitor FBE coating line equipment to apply fusion bonded epoxy to pipe, ensure proper heating/curing, inspect coating quality, record production data, perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting, follow WHMIS/Lockout/Tagout and PPE safety procedures, and support team targets including training new operators. Shift work, overtime, and physical labor required.

Operate and monitor blast machines, conveyors, and rack systems to prepare pipe surfaces to SSPC and customer standards. Perform inspections and documentation for cleanliness and profile tests, conduct minor maintenance and troubleshooting, follow safety procedures (Lockout/Tagout, WHMIS), train assistants, and maintain housekeeping in an industrial, on-site manufacturing environment with shift work.

Perform general labour duties in a pipe coating manufacturing plant: operate panels, assist foam application and maintenance, support shutdowns/startups, help with loading/unloading and pipe rack work, maintain housekeeping, follow safety procedures, complete trainings, and work 10-hour shifts with overtime as required.

Fabricate, lay out, fit-up, tack and weld pipe assemblies per blueprints in an on-site fabrication shop. Support production by preparing materials, maintaining workspace safety and PPE, troubleshoot equipment, and work varied shifts in extreme temperatures.
