Supports site HSE programs in a manufacturing facility by conducting inspections, identifying hazards, assisting with corrective actions, delivering safety training, promoting employee engagement, investigating incidents, maintaining records, and supporting regulatory compliance. The role requires regular production-floor presence and occasional travel, overtime, and exposure to industrial manufacturing hazards.

Operate and monitor blast machines, conveyors, and rack systems to prepare pipe surfaces to SSPC and customer standards. Perform inspections and documentation for cleanliness and profile tests, conduct minor maintenance and troubleshooting, follow safety procedures (Lockout/Tagout, WHMIS), train assistants, and maintain housekeeping in an industrial, on-site manufacturing environment with shift work.

Leads procurement and strategic sourcing across North American operating sites. Manages suppliers, contracts, negotiations, inventory optimization, purchasing compliance, cost savings, supply continuity, and process improvements. Partners with supply chain, logistics, finance, and operations teams, coordinates audits, and indirectly supervises procurement staff. The role is office-based in one of several U.S. locations and requires up to 25% travel within North America.
