Supports site HSE programs in an industrial manufacturing facility by conducting inspections, identifying hazards, implementing corrective actions, assisting with incident investigations, maintaining compliance documentation, and delivering safety orientations and training. The role promotes employee engagement, near-miss reporting, PPE compliance, and a proactive safety culture while maintaining a regular production-floor presence. Occasional travel and overtime may be required.

Supports industrial production by assisting fabricators, welders, and machine operators; moving materials; performing measuring, cutting, grinding, and deburring; reading basic blueprints; operating tools; monitoring equipment; and maintaining a safe, clean work area. The role requires physical stamina, teamwork, attention to detail, basic math, safety compliance, and authorization to work in the United States.

Lead and deliver manufacturing and construction projects from planning through delivery, managing scope, schedules, budgets, contracts, invoicing, and change orders. Serve as primary customer contact, coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, production, sales, safety), support bids, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
