Collaborates with firm leadership on scope, staffing, fees, quality control, business development, and marketing. Mentors designers, supports talent development and DEI initiatives, participates in hiring and reviews, and represents the firm with clients, professional organizations, and academic institutions.

Develops architectural design concepts, coordinates drawings and construction documents, researches materials, prepares presentations, reviews documentation, and collaborates with project teams, consultants, and clients. Responsibilities span schematic design through construction documentation, code and life-safety compliance, visualization, design reviews, and project delivery. The role also supports team development and requires ongoing professional licensure preparation and sustainable design accreditation.

Manages architectural projects from concept through implementation, overseeing scope, budget, schedules, design coordination, client and consultant communication, construction administration, risk management, staffing, documentation, and team performance. The role leads project teams, develops scopes and fees, coordinates with project architects and operations, supports client relationships and marketing, monitors quality and compliance, and mentors staff on healthcare and other design projects.
