Supports architectural design projects from schematic design through construction documents under routine guidance. Assists with design concepts, product and material research, client presentations, modeling, documentation, code compliance, consultant coordination, and design reviews. Uses Revit, Rhino, Grasshopper, visualization, environmental analysis, and presentation tools while maintaining accurate, organized project work. Requires a bachelor's degree in architecture or a related discipline and participation in AXP or the ARE process.

Coordinates marketing and business development activities, including proposals, qualification packages, presentations, marketing collateral, media materials, website content, campaigns, events, public relations, and award submissions. Conducts client and market research, ensures brand consistency and accuracy, tracks production deadlines, collaborates with graphics teams, and provides studio administrative support, including vendor coordination and special projects.

Leads healthcare architecture projects through design, documentation, construction administration, and closeout. Manages scope, budgets, schedules, contracts, consultants, risk, client communication, staffing, and project teams using Deltek. Supports business development, coordinates multidisciplinary stakeholders, reviews technical deliverables, monitors construction administration, and mentors staff. Requires advanced architectural software proficiency, professional licensure, a relevant bachelor’s degree, portfolio, and sustainability accreditation.
