Develops schematic and design development solutions for architectural projects, preparing drawings, models, narratives, presentations, specifications, and contract documents. Evaluates site, code, budget, material, and construction considerations; coordinates with consultants and partners; participates in design reviews and community engagement; supports marketing and client relationships; reviews documentation for compliance; and mentors staff. Requires strong BIM, visualization, building technology, graphic storytelling, and sustainable design capabilities.

Leads firmwide justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion strategy across a global design practice. Advises executives, embeds inclusive practices into talent systems, leadership, operations, and design work, develops accountability metrics, coaches leaders, guides inclusive design, builds external partnerships, and represents the firm in industry initiatives. Requires professional design or related expertise combined with organizational change, cultural intelligence, communication, and leadership capabilities.

Leads architectural project delivery from design through construction administration, coordinating internal disciplines, external consultants, clients, and regulatory authorities. Oversees documentation, specifications, quality assurance, code compliance, constructability, project finances, and contract administration, including submittals, RFIs, field observations, and closeout. Contributes to proposals and presentations, participates in design reviews, and mentors staff. Requires advanced Revit and visualization, modeling, and environmental analysis capabilities.
