Prepare monthly business review reports and dashboards for Service Sales and Consumables; consolidate and standardize data, extract from ServiceMax, and deliver insights via Power BI. Track field engineer KPIs, support leadership reviews and CE meetings, produce ad-hoc executive reports, maintain datasets, assist sales planning and vendor compliance, record meeting minutes and follow up on action items.

Provide onsite repair, maintenance, installation and user training for analytical and clinical instrumentation at a customer site. Maintain documentation, spares inventory, calibrated test equipment, and meet SLAs/KPIs. Complete service reports and travel occasionally for training and support.
