Evaluates and validates value-engineering initiatives for analytical instruments, conducting system-level testing, troubleshooting, failure analysis, and reliability assessments. Supports new product introductions, manufacturing transfers, test-station readiness, quality improvement, supply-chain initiatives, and customer issue resolution. Collaborates with R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Supplier Quality teams while documenting defects, test results, corrective actions, and investigation findings.

Supervises an onsite laboratory support team, ensuring uninterrupted services, customer satisfaction, training, staffing coverage, compliance, safety, and operational excellence. Coordinates vendors, infrastructure issues, equipment maintenance, laboratory supplies, facility services, and stakeholder communication. Leads continuous improvement initiatives involving 5S and Six Sigma while serving as the escalation point for critical issues and supporting hiring, coaching, performance reviews, and team administration.

Leads a technical services team supporting chromatography products and software. Oversees escalations, service documentation, technical training, customer satisfaction, team capacity, and performance metrics. Coordinates with R&D, Product Management, Field Service, Inside Service, and vendors on root-cause resolution and new product introductions. Manages training programs, documentation quality, launch deliverables, and design-for-service input while supporting customer and field-service needs.
