Provide technical support for lab automation and instrumentation at a customer site: troubleshoot and repair systems, maintain regulatory asset inventories, perform validation, write change controls and test plans, support audits and data integrity, deliver training and SOPs, liaise with lab owners and IT, and drive continuous improvement.

Maintain laboratory readiness by preparing materials, stocking supplies, cleaning/sterilizing glassware, performing routine equipment maintenance/calibration, managing inventory, following SOPs and safety protocols, disposing of hazardous waste, assisting scientists with basic tasks, and supporting service/maintenance coordination.

Drive new business in the semiconductor market by prospecting, presenting analytical instrument solutions, managing full sales cycles, forecasting pipeline, and meeting revenue targets while collaborating with internal support teams to ensure customer success.
