Owns go-to-market strategy for PerkinElmer’s Semiconductor and Advanced Technologies segment. Responsibilities include market intelligence, voice-of-customer research, competitive analysis, Market Requirements Documents, product roadmap input, commercial enablement, thought leadership, conference representation, and annual growth planning. The role translates customer and market insights into product investment priorities, sales tools, messaging, and portfolio strategies across multiple product lines.

Supervise production teams to meet output, quality, cost, and delivery objectives. Manage materials, technician training, manpower, schedules, and production processes. Lead lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, 5S, safety, HIRA, inventory control, and process-quality initiatives. Coordinate across departments, maintain line discipline, improve throughput and efficiency, and support personnel development and operational projects.

Manage Brazil’s end-to-end invoicing operations across equipment, services, contracts, and other transactions. Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant billing; resolve invoice rejections, tax discrepancies, system errors, and customer issues. Coordinate with Finance, Tax, Logistics, Sales, IT, and Customer Care, maintain billing data and documentation, upload invoices to customer portals, monitor Brazilian tax reforms, and recommend process improvements.
