Own the daily accounting cycle for a SaaS company, including order-to-cash processing, billing, invoicing, cash application, collections, accounts receivable, journal entries, accruals, prepaids, reconciliations, and monthly close support. Manage billing inquiries, coordinate with Sales Operations and Customer Success, support compliance reporting, maintain audit documentation, and improve accounting processes and documentation.

Design and deliver user-centric interfaces for a browser-based SaaS product. Collaborate with product managers and engineers to create wireframes, prototypes, and annotated Figma specs, maintain the UI design system, and drive component-driven, accessible UX that increases adoption and engagement.

Execute manual test cases, perform exploratory and regression testing, review acceptance criteria, report reproducible bugs in Jira with screenshots, collaborate with product and dev teams, and maintain test documentation and checklists to validate product changes before release.
