Lead manufacturing-focused project management across North American plants: supplier changes, part qualification, capacity growth, new tooling, and process/plant setup changes. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers, update project tools (JIRA, i-Project, i-Save), report weekly A3/BOC status, and drive improvements in safety, quality, productivity, and service using QVE or similar methods. Travel to supplier and client sites as needed.

Support site EHS compliance and continuous improvement by implementing policies, conducting audits and risk assessments, leading incident investigations, delivering training, assisting with permitting, and coordinating corrective actions to improve EHS performance.

Support local HRBP and management with recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR system processes, data accuracy, engagement activities, communications, and administrative HR tasks in a 100% onsite role.
