Leads North American digital customer experience initiatives across web, eCommerce, and digital tools. Translates strategy into customer journey improvements, UX and content experiences, CRO initiatives, personalization, and digital tool optimization. Coordinates cross-functional projects, manages timelines and dependencies, tracks KPIs, synthesizes performance insights, and supports change management. Partners with UX, analytics, marketing, product, global digital, and external teams to deliver seamless, data-informed experiences aligned with customer and business needs.

Inspects materials, parts, assemblies, and processes for compliance with specifications and quality standards. Conducts dimensional inspections, evaluates nonconforming products, prepares reports and material certificates, communicates findings, and supports root cause analysis of defects and customer returns. The role also assists Quality Management and Engineering, trains staff, maintains detailed records, and supports internal and external customers.

Oversee construction quality control and site safety programs across two NASA locations. Responsibilities include maintaining quality and accident prevention plans, conducting inspections and audits, verifying materials and workmanship, documenting deficiencies, coordinating testing, leading safety meetings, reviewing hazard analyses, investigating incidents, monitoring subcontractors, and enforcing OSHA, EM 385-1-1, PPE, and project requirements.
