Develop, maintain, integrate, configure, install, test, and deploy enterprise applications supporting food and agriculture operations. Provide advanced application support, manage incidents, validate releases, and collaborate with product teams, developers, vendors, users, and leadership to ensure stable production outcomes.

Provide on-site HR administrative support partnering with HRBP and managers: handle employee relations, HR system data, recruiting/onboarding, engagement activities, and internal HR communications. Lead HR administrative processes, ensure accuracy, and support a dynamic, matrixed environment.

Perform inspections and dimensional analyses of materials, parts and assemblies to ensure conformance to specifications. Record and report findings, generate material certificates, support root cause analysis, train staff, and communicate quality issues to internal teams and customers.
