Provides administrative and HR support through accurate data entry, report generation, document and records management, customer order processing, office supply coordination, mail handling, reception backup, employee communications, onboarding assistance, and organizational initiatives. Maintains confidentiality while supporting leadership, HR, and operational teams with business systems, documents, events, and special projects.

Leads core HR operations, including benefits, onboarding, compliance, employee relations, performance management, recruiting, training, engagement, and workforce development. Advises the CEO and leadership team on workforce strategy, organizational planning, succession planning, change management, and HR metrics. Oversees investigations, accommodations, leave administration, workers’ compensation, policy updates, and employee communications while strengthening culture, accountability, and organizational effectiveness.

Oversee daily accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting and internal controls, manage month-end and year-end close, supervise and train accounting staff, support audits and tax compliance, manage fixed assets, payroll, reconciliations, and cost accounting, and partner with the VP of Finance to improve processes and reporting.
