Develop and manage relationships with healthcare referral sources to promote home medical equipment, respiratory services, and disease management programs. Drive territory growth through sales calls, educational presentations, in-service training, market analysis, and referral development. Coordinate with internal teams to support patient care, billing documentation, and customer experience. Deliver and educate patients on oxygen equipment while serving as a patient advocate and hospital liaison.

Process end-to-end payroll through Paycom, including time validation, special payroll runs, tax filings, reconciliations, reporting, and compliance. Support accounts payable through invoice review, vendor maintenance, payment processing, statement reconciliation, and discrepancy resolution. Assist with benefits and 401(k) administration, audits, enrollments, deductions, eligibility, and regulatory filings. Maintain records, develop procedures, troubleshoot systems, partner with HR and Finance, and implement process improvements.

Lead and develop respiratory clinical teams, manage daily operations and compliance, monitor quality and staff performance, provide training and competency assessments, inspect locations and equipment setups, coordinate with sales and referral sources, and perform respiratory care as needed while supporting regional clinical growth.

Serve as the on-site link between providers, patients, and PHM to promote home medical equipment and respiratory services. Build referral relationships, obtain chart documentation, educate clinical staff, deliver and set up PAP equipment, support transitions of care, follow insurance and regulatory guidelines, and resolve customer concerns while collaborating with sales, AR, and customer service teams.

The Regional Ops Manager oversees respiratory service operations, leading market development and managing integration of acquired partners. They ensure compliance, quality of care, and operational performance while developing local teams and maintaining key relationships.
