Lead and develop respiratory clinical teams, manage daily operations and compliance, monitor quality and staff performance, provide training and competency assessments, inspect locations and equipment setups, coordinate with sales and referral sources, and perform respiratory care as needed while supporting regional clinical growth.

Designs, builds, and maintains cloud-based integrations and data workflows using Python and Azure. Develops Azure Functions, internal SDKs for Brightree, Snowflake pipelines, and CI/CD. Uses AI tools to accelerate development, supports automation with Power Automate, troubleshoots production, and documents APIs and workflows.

The Account Representative will build relationships in the medical community, conduct sales calls and training, develop sales plans, and act as a patient advocate.
