Manage and track project costs, create and maintain estimates, extract and analyze WBS/WO data in SAP, develop forecasts, handle purchase order lifecycle, generate reports, and communicate cost risks to stakeholders.

Lay out, cut, fit and install piping and structural components offshore per blueprints and job specs. Use hand and power tools, perform torch cutting, participate in safety processes and JSAs, conduct behavioral safety observations, and support welding and bolt-up activities on jackets, decks, heliports, and production facilities.

Erect and dismantle complex offshore scaffolding safely, follow HSE policies, perform pre-use safety checks, participate in risk assessments and toolbox talks, ensure permits/paperwork, and support E&I and mechanical teams as required.

Perform layout, fit, align and secure piping and structural components for offshore fabrication using hand and power tools. Read ISOs and P&IDs, verify spool dimensions, fabricate/install pipe supports, cut with torch, hydro-test and reinstate systems. Participate in JSAs, safety processes, and pass written and hands-on fitter assessments.

Leaderman supervises and performs erection/dismantling of system and tube-and-clamp scaffolding, manages small projects, conducts safety observations and JSEA planning, coordinates crane/rigging activities, assists construction trades, works at heights/offshore/confined spaces, and completes required scaffold and rigger assessments and offshore safety certifications.

Prepare, inventory, and load materials and equipment for offshore shipments. Operate forklifts, attach rigging, maintain tool and material inventories, generate requisitions, perform pickups/drop-offs, and follow safety and training requirements.

Lead and supervise erection and dismantling of system and tube-and-clamp scaffolding on land and offshore. Conduct safety observations, JSEA planning, documentation, rigging and crane coordination, assist trades, perform firewatch, and manage smaller scaffold projects while working hands-on.

Build and maintain activity-based, resource-leveled maintenance schedules for turnarounds and projects using Primavera P6. Create baselines, identify and optimize critical path, integrate multiple schedules, level resources, and lead schedule meetings with asset leadership and execution teams to ensure transparent, prioritized, and realistic execution plans.

Support project management for oil & gas construction by tracking daily progress, monitoring productivity, interpreting drawings/specs, developing fabrication/erection sequences, coordinating schedules/resources/equipment and client communication, and maintaining project documentation while enforcing safety and company policies.
