Fits, aligns, measures, cuts, bores, and installs piping and structural components for offshore construction projects. Interprets ISO drawings, P&IDs, blueprints, and job specifications; uses hand and power tools, cutting torches, pipe threaders, and benders. Participates in safety processes, JSAs, behavioral safety observations, and fabrication of offshore jackets, decks, heliports, and production facilities. Requires offshore pipe-fitting experience, TWIC, fitter and rigger assessments, and a hands-on fitter test.

Build and maintain activity-based, resource-leveled maintenance schedules for turnarounds and major projects. Develop integrated schedules, WBS structures, milestones, logic ties, baselines, critical paths, and resource plans using Primavera P6. Lead schedule meetings with maintenance, planning, leadership, and execution stakeholders to optimize priorities, identify risks, and track progress. The role requires extensive scheduling experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with SAP and Prometheus.

Erect and dismantle complex offshore scaffolding safely, follow HSE policies, perform pre-use safety checks, participate in risk assessments and toolbox talks, ensure permits/paperwork, and support E&I and mechanical teams as required.

Perform layout, fit, align and secure piping and structural components for offshore fabrication using hand and power tools. Read ISOs and P&IDs, verify spool dimensions, fabricate/install pipe supports, cut with torch, hydro-test and reinstate systems. Participate in JSAs, safety processes, and pass written and hands-on fitter assessments.

Lead and supervise erection and dismantling of system and tube-and-clamp scaffolding on land and offshore. Conduct safety observations, JSEA planning, documentation, rigging and crane coordination, assist trades, perform firewatch, and manage smaller scaffold projects while working hands-on.

Provide and enforce offshore HSE protocols, implement Managing Safe Work processes, support incident prevention and investigations, partner with OE advisors on contractor management, environmental and occupational hygiene, participate in audits, MOC/PSSR, and safety engagements to maintain a safety-first offshore work environment.

Plan, direct, and coordinate assigned projects to meet schedule and budget. Lead and develop project teams, maintain project schedules, prepare status and cost reports, resolve technical issues, visit job sites occasionally, and ensure compliance with company policies and safety.

Manage and track project costs, create and maintain estimates, extract and analyze WBS/WO data in SAP, develop forecasts, handle purchase order lifecycle, generate reports, and communicate cost risks to stakeholders.
