Oversee inspection, tracking, maintenance, storage, and logistics for rope access, V-Deck, and related equipment. Manage inventory records, coordinate equipment flow with logistics and project teams, forecast project needs, conduct yard inspections, support training equipment, and improve operational processes. The role requires safety-focused equipment oversight, troubleshooting, organization, and coordination with field operations, vendors, and management.

Plans, directs, and coordinates oil and fabrication projects within schedule and budget constraints. Leads and develops project teams, manages client communications, reviews project plans and resource requirements, maintains schedules, monitors costs, resolves issues, prepares status reports, and visits project sites as needed.

Manage project and company documentation, including logging, reviewing, approving, distributing, archiving, and tracking revisions. Maintain document registers, transmittals, filing systems, and retention records while ensuring compliance with quality requirements. Coordinate documentation with engineering, procurement, construction, vendors, and project teams. Support audits, turnover packages, manufacturing records, quality dossiers, reporting, and continuous improvement. Protect confidential information and ensure only current, approved documents remain in circulation.

Build and maintain activity-based, resource-leveled maintenance schedules for turnarounds and major projects. Develop integrated schedules, WBS structures, milestones, logic ties, baselines, critical paths, and resource plans using Primavera P6. Lead schedule meetings with maintenance, planning, leadership, and execution stakeholders to optimize priorities, identify risks, and track progress. The role requires extensive scheduling experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with SAP and Prometheus.

Manage and track project costs, create and maintain estimates, extract and analyze WBS/WO data in SAP, develop forecasts, handle purchase order lifecycle, generate reports, and communicate cost risks to stakeholders.
