Plans, directs, and coordinates oil and fabrication projects within schedule and budget constraints. Leads and develops project teams, manages client communications, reviews project plans and resource requirements, maintains schedules, monitors costs, resolves issues, prepares status reports, and visits project sites as needed.

Manage project and company documentation, including logging, reviewing, approving, distributing, archiving, and tracking revisions. Maintain document registers, transmittals, filing systems, and retention records while ensuring compliance with quality requirements. Coordinate documentation with engineering, procurement, construction, vendors, and project teams. Support audits, turnover packages, manufacturing records, quality dossiers, reporting, and continuous improvement. Protect confidential information and ensure only current, approved documents remain in circulation.

Leads and performs scaffold erection and dismantling for offshore, industrial, and construction projects. Supervises smaller projects, prepares safety and work documentation, coordinates material deliveries and pickups, and supports rigging, crane operations, pipe assembly, firewatch, and other construction activities. Work may involve heights exceeding 200 feet, confined spaces, restricted areas, and offshore environments. The role requires strong safety practices, scaffolding expertise, physical capability, and completion of scaffold, rigging, fall protection, confined-space, firewatch, and offshore training.
