Fits, aligns, measures, cuts, bores, and installs piping and structural components for offshore construction projects. Interprets ISO drawings, P&IDs, blueprints, and job specifications; uses hand and power tools, cutting torches, pipe threaders, and benders. Participates in safety processes, JSAs, behavioral safety observations, and fabrication of offshore jackets, decks, heliports, and production facilities. Requires offshore pipe-fitting experience, TWIC, fitter and rigger assessments, and a hands-on fitter test.

Build and maintain activity-based, resource-leveled maintenance schedules for turnarounds and major projects. Develop integrated schedules, WBS structures, milestones, logic ties, baselines, critical paths, and resource plans using Primavera P6. Lead schedule meetings with maintenance, planning, leadership, and execution stakeholders to optimize priorities, identify risks, and track progress. The role requires extensive scheduling experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with SAP and Prometheus.

Erect and dismantle complex offshore scaffolding safely, follow HSE policies, perform pre-use safety checks, participate in risk assessments and toolbox talks, ensure permits/paperwork, and support E&I and mechanical teams as required.
