Design and build software-defined networking capabilities across cloud and Kubernetes environments. Develop control planes, APIs, routing, traffic management, segmentation, observability, configuration policies, and failure-recovery systems. Own networking reliability and scalability, troubleshoot complex connectivity issues across application and infrastructure boundaries, and guide architectural direction in collaboration with Infrastructure, Security, and product engineering teams.

Collaborate with design, product management, deployment teams, engineers, and users to ship reliable, scalable, well-tested software. Develop full-stack features using React and TypeScript alongside Python-based backend systems, while addressing AI-powered discovery, real-time collaboration, latency, interaction design, and resilience.

Own projects improving the reliability, performance, and scalability of Peregrine’s data platform. Build and maintain distributed systems, data pipelines, datastores, authorization, connection, and notification layers. Design, test, deploy, and iterate on production-grade software, participate in incident response, investigate root causes, and collaborate with engineers, deployment teams, and users.

Own and deliver backend platform projects that improve the reliability, performance, scalability, and security of Peregrine’s data platform. Responsibilities include working with datastores, data pipelines, authorization, notification systems, and search infrastructure; designing and rolling out production software; resolving incidents and recurring failures; and collaborating with engineers, deployment teams, and users.

Own and scale the product operations function: define metrics and dashboards, coordinate launches and rollouts, maintain PM operational rhythms and playbooks, validate instrumentation, and enable cross-functional teams to execute product roadmaps effectively.

Edit documentary-style customer stories, brand films, product launches, events, interviews, podcasts, and social content from raw footage through delivery. Own ingest, media organization, narrative editing, graphics, sound, color, versioning, archiving, and platform-specific exports. Develop polished titles and motion graphics, identify additional content opportunities, maintain post-production workflows, collaborate with creative and cross-functional teams, and coordinate freelance partners while managing multiple projects.

Own and operate Peregrine’s U.S. public-sector compliance program, including FAR and DFARS obligations, audits, registrations, contract tracking, training, ethics processes, vendor due diligence, and clearance administration. Coordinate facility and personnel security clearance activities with DCSA and People Operations. Build compliance systems, maintain obligation records, identify gaps, support remediation, and drive accountability across Legal, Contracts, Finance, Procurement, GRC, and People Operations.

Own and operate Peregrine’s U.S. public-sector compliance program, including FAR and DFARS obligations, audits, registrations, certifications, contract tracking, training, ethics processes, and vendor due diligence. Manage facility and personnel clearance processes with DCSA, coordinate subcontractor compliance and flow-down clauses, and maintain compliance records and accountability systems. Partner cross-functionally with Legal, People Operations, Finance, Contracts, Procurement, and GRC to identify and remediate compliance gaps.

Own and operate Peregrine’s U.S. public sector compliance program, including FAR and DFARS obligations, audits, registrations, certifications, contract tracking, training, ethics processes, facility and personnel clearances, and vendor due diligence. Coordinate with Legal, Contracts, People Operations, Finance, GRC, and Procurement to identify gaps, maintain compliance records, manage clearance lifecycles, and drive remediation across government contracts.

Lead Peregrine’s FedRAMP High authorization and federal security compliance programs. Translate FedRAMP, NIST, DoD, Intelligence Community, and agency requirements into technical and operational controls supporting IL4, IL5, IL6, and classified environments. Manage authorization artifacts, assessments, ATOs, continuous monitoring, remediation, evidence collection, and agency engagement. Partner with engineering, security, product, legal, deployment, and customer-facing teams on cloud security architecture, control implementation, procurements, and security reviews.

Administer 300+ executed contracts and orders across federal, state, and local government customers. Review agreements, track obligations, deadlines, renewals, amendments, notices, milestones, and post-award issues. Coordinate with customers, resellers, legal counsel, client advocates, and internal stakeholders. Maintain contract activity in Salesforce, mitigate business risk, support onboarding, navigate contracting vehicles, communicate contract options, and negotiate customer-focused solutions.

The role requires translating technical complexity into clear guidance and is based in San Francisco with four office days per week and 25–35% travel.
