Design, implement, and support customer network connectivity and software-defined networking. Monitor and troubleshoot network services and IPSec/VPN links, collaborate with deployment teams during data ingestion, produce topology diagrams and documentation, and participate in on-call rotation.

Lead and build Peregrine's federal, state, and local government affairs function: devise advocacy strategy, manage lobbyists and external partners, establish political compliance, support federal and priority state business teams, mitigate political and regulatory risk, and develop association and event engagement to unlock funding, market access, and protect the company while scaling.
