Lead Peregrine’s external and internal communications, focusing on technology, product, and AI narratives. Develop media strategies, thought leadership, executive platforms, product and engineering content, and communications across traditional and new media. Partner with PR agencies, marketing, product, engineering, and leadership teams to strengthen company awareness, support events and brand initiatives, and align employees through internal communications. The role requires strong writing, media relationships, AI and public safety product knowledge, and at least 10 years of communications experience.

Lead end-to-end product design for a complex public safety data platform, from research and problem definition through launch. Partner with Design, Engineering, Product, and business leadership to shape strategy, simplify data-dense workflows, and deliver polished user experiences. Mentor designers, lead critiques, influence prioritization, and help establish design systems, asset libraries, and design practices. The role requires strong interaction and visual design skills, strategic thinking, communication, and experience designing complex software products.
