Partner with recruiting leaders and executives to define search strategies, identify adjacent talent pools, provide actionable market insights, maintain organized pipelines in recruiting systems, and manage confidential searches with discretion while delivering an excellent candidate experience.

Lead and build the revenue accounting function, overseeing ASC 606 revenue recognition, billing, close, deferred revenue, reconciliations, audits, controls, and technical accounting. Manage NetSuite ARM and related system integrations, automate reporting and reconciliation, support SOX and IPO readiness, and advise cross-functional teams on deal and product accounting. Coach and expand the accounting team while managing sales commission accounting and complex subscription, usage-based, and AI-related revenue arrangements.
