The Product Deployment Specialist ensures new product capabilities are deployable and scalable, serving as a technical bridge between product strategy and implementation for enterprise customers.

Manage a portfolio of enterprise customers to drive onboarding, adoption, retention, renewals, and expansion. Lead executive reviews, build data-driven success plans, monitor health metrics, escalate risks, and partner cross-functionally to deliver measurable business outcomes. Mentor junior CSMs and contribute to playbooks and process improvements.

Lead and execute complex employee listening programs across multiple methodologies. Gather requirements, advise on best practices, mitigate risks, optimize processes, collaborate with Customer Success and Sales, mentor junior team members, and maintain organized program documentation and timelines using Certinia, Gainsight, and other enterprise tools.

Temporary 3-month role supporting employee survey programs: build/configure surveys, clean and visualize data in Excel, draft executive PowerPoint outputs, synthesize qualitative feedback, perform QA, and support impact analysis and project tasks alongside consultants and program managers.

Perform detailed QA of executive presentations, reporting sites, and client deliverables: validate data, commentary, visuals, and platform configurations; track and escalate QA findings; collaborate with analysts and consultants to ensure accurate, customer-ready outputs and improve QA processes.

Design, build, and maintain enterprise-grade full-stack applications with a backend focus (60–70%). Collaborate with product, design, and data science to translate requirements, optimize performance and scalability, write high-quality code, participate in code reviews, and integrate AI-assisted coding tools into workflows.

Lead end-to-end advisory engagements translating employee insights into action. Design surveys and listening events, configure the Perceptyx platform, deliver executive presentations, apply behavioral science and AI agents, perform impact and ROI analysis, and partner with CSMs to drive expansion while supporting large enterprise accounts and ensuring reporting quality.

The Software Developer will build and maintain cloud infrastructure, automate processes, enhance reliability, and support platform operations in a team environment.

Generate qualified enterprise opportunities across North America via multi-channel outbound outreach to senior HR, Employee Experience, L&D, and Transformation leaders. Qualify prospects, maintain CRM hygiene, hand off high-quality meetings to Account Executives with clear context, and track territory engagement to meet or exceed targets.

Design and build scalable production data pipelines and warehouse models to support AI, analytics, and product teams. Own ingestion, transformation, testing, monitoring, and data quality. Build shared platform capabilities, collaborate cross-functionally, and define practices and cloud architecture for a new regional data engineering team.
