Manage mid-market and enterprise customer portfolios across onboarding, adoption, value realization, renewals, and expansion. Lead executive business reviews, build account plans, monitor customer health and usage data, mitigate risks, identify growth opportunities, and communicate measurable business value. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Professional Services, and Marketing while advocating for customers internally.

Lead end-to-end advisory engagements translating employee insights into action. Design surveys and listening events, configure the Perceptyx platform, deliver executive presentations, apply behavioral science and AI agents, perform impact and ROI analysis, and partner with CSMs to drive expansion while supporting large enterprise accounts and ensuring reporting quality.

The Software Developer will build and maintain cloud infrastructure, automate processes, enhance reliability, and support platform operations in a team environment.
