Own general ledger accounting, monthly close, and balance sheet reconciliations; prepare journal entries and variance analysis; improve processes using AI/automation; lead year-end audit coordination; ensure GAAP compliance and support tax activities.

Build and own the integration layer connecting Perceptyx to third-party HR and downstream systems. Architect, implement, and operate ingestion pipelines, customer-facing APIs, and configuration portals. Ensure data correctness, idempotency, schema resilience, and observability. Drive AI-assisted development adoption, coach engineers, and collaborate with Product and vendors to deliver scalable, reliable integrations.

Lead and execute complex employee listening programs across multiple methodologies. Gather requirements, advise on best practices, mitigate risks, optimize processes, collaborate with Customer Success and Sales, mentor junior team members, and maintain organized program documentation and timelines using Certinia, Gainsight, and other enterprise tools.
