The Product Deployment Specialist ensures new product capabilities are deployable and scalable, serving as a technical bridge between product strategy and implementation for enterprise customers.

Manage a portfolio of enterprise customers to drive onboarding, adoption, retention, renewals, and expansion. Lead executive reviews, build data-driven success plans, monitor health metrics, escalate risks, and partner cross-functionally to deliver measurable business outcomes. Mentor junior CSMs and contribute to playbooks and process improvements.

Lead and execute complex employee listening programs across multiple methodologies. Gather requirements, advise on best practices, mitigate risks, optimize processes, collaborate with Customer Success and Sales, mentor junior team members, and maintain organized program documentation and timelines using Certinia, Gainsight, and other enterprise tools.
