Lead technical solution development for federal and state/local government capture opportunities. Design cost-effective systems, cybersecurity, cloud, applications, and infrastructure solutions; align technical approaches with customer requirements, costing, and business cases; present solutions and risks to senior leadership; collaborate with business development, delivery, partners, and technical teams; and engage customers to shape differentiated mission-focused offerings.

Plans workforce capacity, coordinates hiring and onboarding across Operations, Talent Acquisition, Security, Training, and HR, and maintains staffing pipelines and requisition records. The role evaluates talent pipelines, facilitates hiring decisions, oversees onboarding into vetting and background investigation roles, and improves cross-functional staffing processes to meet government contract timelines.

Designs, implements, maintains, and improves security controls across systems, networks, endpoints, applications, data, and cloud environments. Conducts risk and vulnerability assessments, security architecture reviews, continuous monitoring, and metrics reporting. Documents security standards and plans, supports compliance, evaluates emerging threats, and embeds security into development and operational processes through DevSecOps. Provides security guidance to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
