Serve as Pepr AI’s first business hire, partnering with founders, customers, and engineers. Own customer engagements, performance reporting, proposals, and follow-through; translate customer needs into product requirements and shipped improvements; track KPIs, support planning, resolve execution blockers, and improve internal processes. Support founder-led sales through collateral, pipeline management, outbound experiments, and other go-to-market initiatives.
