Manage full-cycle, high-volume recruiting for 30+ openings across multiple U.S. locations. Source, screen, and engage candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking; recommend finalists; track recruiting activity and metrics in an ATS; coordinate transitions to onboarding; and partner with HR and business leaders on staffing strategies and advertising budgets.

Processes and audits payroll, reviews and pays invoices, maintains project accounting records, and administers subcontractor compliance documentation. Supports job costing, purchase orders, owner invoices, retainage, audits, vendor issue resolution, and project closeouts. The role requires strong Excel skills, accounting or ERP proficiency, attention to detail, and effective communication in a fast-paced onsite construction environment.
