Leads the company’s finance and accounting operations, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, cost accounting, treasury, tax compliance, internal controls, and audit management. Partners with executive leadership on profitability, pricing, inventory, capital investment, and working capital decisions. Manages the finance team, banking relationships, ERP improvements, and Puerto Rico and federal tax obligations while supporting manufacturing and distribution operations.

Manage and build the HR function for field and corporate construction operations. Responsibilities include developing SOPs, onboarding employees and subcontractors, ensuring employment-law and OSHA compliance, handling employee relations and investigations, maintaining HRIS records, supporting staffing, administering benefits and leave, delivering training, and updating policies. The role is hybrid in Austin with regular local visits to active construction sites.

Prepares journal entries, reconciles balance sheet accounts, supports accounts payable and receivable, maintains audit-ready schedules, and assists with close, fixed assets, reporting, tax filings, budgeting, and internal controls. The role works under an Accounting Manager in an on-site hospital finance environment and requires accurate bilingual communication in Spanish and English, confidentiality, and compliance with healthcare requirements including HIPAA.
