Manage full-cycle recruiting for professional, technical, and managerial roles across Puerto Rico, the U.S. mainland, and Latin America. Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate presentation, offer closing, pipeline development, client and hiring-manager partnership, ATS administration, candidate communication, search reporting, and employment-law compliance. The role requires fluent English and Spanish, strong organization, client confidence, and the ability to manage multiple searches independently.

Prepares journal entries, reconciles balance sheet accounts, supports accounts payable and receivable, maintains audit-ready schedules, and assists with close, fixed assets, reporting, tax filings, budgeting, and internal controls. The role works under an Accounting Manager in an on-site hospital finance environment and requires accurate bilingual communication in Spanish and English, confidentiality, and compliance with healthcare requirements including HIPAA.

Own full-desk business development and recruiting: source and win new clients, manage accounts, run full-cycle recruiting, negotiate agreements, represent the firm at events, and maintain ATS records to drive revenue and retention.
