Remote Talent Sourcer responsible for sourcing, engaging, and qualifying candidates across multiple client accounts. Use LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS (Loxo/JazzHR), job boards and outreach tools to build pipelines, conduct screenings, update ATS records, report on activity, and collaborate with recruiters. Support bilingual outreach (English/Spanish) and manage multiple requisitions while working Eastern Time business hours.

Owner of web and HTML email QA: manual testing, technical troubleshooting via browser DevTools, data and analytics verification, and maintainable end-to-end automation (Playwright/Cypress). Produce developer-ready bug reports with reproducible evidence and verify data flows across backend and reporting systems.
