The Product Success Specialist provides support for SaaS products, manages inquiries, troubleshoots issues, trains users, and collaborates with teams to improve services.

The Sales Development Representative will identify potential clients, conduct outreach, qualify leads, schedule demos, and support the sales team, while developing skills in consultative sales.

Recruit and onboard industry Project Leaders to sponsor and guide student capstone projects, maintain a pipeline of ~20 annual projects across multiple majors, co-design project briefs and milestones, provide ongoing coaching and technical/platform support to leaders and students, track outreach and program metrics, serve as primary client contact, prepare progress reports, and escalate issues to ensure successful, competency-based capstone delivery in an online asynchronous environment.
