Teams at People's Credit Union

Provides operational support for deposit services, including ACH and wire processing, remote deposit approvals, returned checks, account documentation quality control, member account research, compliance requests, ATM and debit card support, and daily reporting. The role identifies process issues, recommends efficiency improvements, supports audits and examinations, cross-trains on deposit functions, and provides coverage across the department while following regulations, policies, and procedures.

Sources and originates residential real estate and construction mortgage loans from members and non-members. Develops referral networks, interviews applicants, presents financing options, prepares compliant loan packages, communicates loan status, and provides exceptional client service. Maintains NMLS registration and completes SAFE Act training and renewals while following credit union policies, underwriting guidelines, investor requirements, and applicable regulations.

Leads day-to-day IT operations and infrastructure, including service desk, Microsoft 365, cloud, systems, networks, telecommunications, endpoints, backups, monitoring, vulnerability remediation, incident response, and operational security controls. Manages technical staff, vendors, budgets, technology assets, service levels, documentation, and infrastructure projects. Provides hands-on network administration coverage and ensures reliable, secure, compliant, and well-documented technology services across the credit union.
