Leads finance and business development for a real estate and property development company. Responsibilities include originating land, joint venture, investor, and off-plan opportunities; structuring deals; managing budgets, cash flow, project financing, financial models, reporting, tax, and audits; and advising the CEO and board on investments, pricing, and risk.

Serves as the primary HR partner for manufacturing and logistics operations. Manages union relations, collective agreements, industrial disputes, disciplinary casework, workforce planning, contract labor compliance, employee development, attendance, overtime, welfare, and attrition. Provides people analytics and recommendations to operational leaders, supports labor negotiations, and promotes operational continuity and industrial peace.

Partners with commercial and support-function leaders to develop people plans, manage workforce planning and resourcing, coach managers, oversee employee relations and performance processes, support succession and development, interpret reward policies, analyze engagement and attrition, and guide organizational change.
