Serves as the primary HR partner for manufacturing and logistics operations. Manages union relations, collective agreements, industrial disputes, disciplinary casework, workforce planning, contract labor compliance, employee development, attendance, overtime, welfare, and attrition. Provides people analytics and recommendations to operational leaders, supports labor negotiations, and promotes operational continuity and industrial peace.

Partners with commercial and support-function leaders to develop people plans, manage workforce planning and resourcing, coach managers, oversee employee relations and performance processes, support succession and development, interpret reward policies, analyze engagement and attrition, and guide organizational change.

Supports accounting operations through invoicing, accounts receivable monitoring, payment reconciliation, bookkeeping, petty cash management, financial record-keeping, and basic reporting. Assists with payroll, audits, documentation, contracts, and employee records while communicating with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve billing and payment queries.
