Lead brand partnership sales for the Travel and Credit Cards category across digital and experiential advertising. Represent the company portfolio, develop client and agency relationships, generate revenue through outreach and RFPs, create integrated advertising solutions, forecast performance, study industry trends, collaborate cross-functionally, and exceed revenue goals.

Provides executive administrative and corporate governance support to the Deputy General Counsel and legal leadership. Manages Board and Committee meeting logistics, confidential materials, Board portals, corporate records, resolutions, action items, director onboarding, and shareholder meetings. Supports executive calendars, travel, expenses, communications, legal operations, budgeting, contracts, and vendors. Requires exceptional organization, discretion, communication, judgment, and ability to manage competing deadlines while working with executives, directors, and cross-functional teams.

Commercial Counsel will draft, review, negotiate, and implement complex commercial agreements across customer, vendor, technology, SaaS, licensing, advertising, procurement, and services matters. The role develops contracting processes, templates, playbooks, and training; advises on strategic initiatives, product launches, partnerships, AI, privacy, intellectual property, and emerging technologies; and partners with cross-functional and executive teams to manage legal risk and support growth.
