Supervise logistics operations including shipping, receiving, inventory control, warehousing, and internal material movement. Lead and develop logistics personnel, enforce safety and compliance standards, coordinate carriers and vendors, maintain inventory accuracy, support ERP/WMS transactions, and improve operational performance through Lean, 5S, KPI analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Implements and maintains quality management systems, procedures, metrics, and controls for semiconductor services. Develops FMEAs, control plans, inspection instructions, SOPs, and quality plans; leads audits, supplier quality activities, failure analysis, corrective actions, and customer escalations. Uses SPC, capability studies, metrology, and gauge studies to improve processes. Delivers quality training, monitors nonconformances and risks, and supports compliance with ISO 9001 and customer requirements. Travel to company, vendor, and customer facilities is required.

Owns general ledger and monthly close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, cash, payroll, accounts receivable, accruals, fixed assets, leases, revenue, taxes, intercompany consolidation, financial statements, audits, and internal controls. Reviews staff accountant work and supports training. Requires strong US GAAP knowledge, advanced Excel skills, high-volume bank reconciliation experience, and full-cycle month-end close experience.

Supports production safety, quality, and delivery while leading equipment qualification, customer-facing process development, engineering change control, audits, risk assessments, process control plans, SPC and MSA programs, nonconformance disposition, and technical training. The role develops chemical, mechanical, and robotic processes for semiconductor parts cleaning and surface enhancement, requiring work in chemical, hazardous, noisy, and physically demanding environments.

Supports day-to-day human resources operations as an on-site advisor to managers and employees. Responsibilities include onboarding, payroll, benefits, leave administration, employee relations, investigations, performance management, compliance, recruiting support, training, and policy administration. Maintains employment-law compliance and HR records while responding to employee inquiries and supporting disciplinary and termination processes.

Manages site administration and office activities while supporting leadership and serving as the onsite liaison between employees and corporate HR. Responsibilities include coordinating HR communications and programs, preparing reports and presentations, maintaining training and safety records, tracking OSHA incidents, coordinating shipments, resolving employee requests, and supporting a positive workplace culture.

Process Engineer supporting semiconductor production through process development, equipment and instrument qualification, engineering change control, customer projects, risk assessments, process control plans, SPC, measurement system analysis, audits, and nonconforming material disposition. The role also develops chemical, mechanical, and robotic processes; trains staff; and drives safety, quality, delivery, and continuous improvement in hazardous production environments.

Develops, qualifies, and industrializes precision cleaning, surface treatment, coating, and contamination-control processes for semiconductor equipment components. Translates wafer-fab requirements into scalable processes, leads experiments and customer qualification programs, investigates component failures, and transfers laboratory methods into controlled production. The role interfaces with semiconductor fabs, OEMs, suppliers, operations, and customers while managing process control, root-cause analysis, CAPA, equipment ramp, technology roadmaps, and multi-site standardization.

Implements and maintains quality management systems, procedures, metrics, audits, inspection plans, SPC, capability studies, and corrective actions. Collaborates on FMEAs, control plans, supplier qualification, failure analysis, customer escalations, SOPs, training, and nonconformance monitoring. Requires a related engineering bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years of quality engineering experience. The role operates across office, laboratory, chemical, wastewater, vendor, customer, and company facility environments, with domestic travel as needed.
