Lead EHS strategy and execution across Technical Services Group, driving incident prevention, regulatory compliance, project-specific safety planning, audits, training, KPI monitoring, and development of EHS staff while partnering with leadership, customers, and subcontractors to elevate safety performance.

Audit gown-room operations across nine gown rooms and twelve entry points. Perform material entry auditing and bag checks, enforce gowning, contamination, housekeeping, and prohibited items policies. Maintain pre-gown area cleanliness, coach personnel on proper gowning, document policies and controls, follow escalation procedures, and provide weekly audit tracking for trend analysis.

Lead the company-wide Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) program: establish standardized safety plans, training, emergency response, regulatory compliance, risk assessments, contractor/site EHS controls, KPIs, incident investigations, and budget management. Support HR and legal on workers' compensation and insurance, liaise with regulators and property managers, and report EHS performance to leadership to promote a proactive safety culture.

Apply engineering principles to improve workplace safety, perform hazard analyses (PHA, FMEA), design and implement engineering controls, lead technical root-cause investigations, ensure regulatory compliance (OSHA, EPA, NFPA), analyze safety/environmental data, publish KPIs, develop training, and collaborate with operations and engineering teams to embed EHS into projects.

Provide on-site HR generalist support at the Austin facility (and remote support for Mesa, AZ). Responsibilities include onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, leaves and accommodations, employee relations and investigations, performance and talent management, recruitment support, disciplinary actions, HR compliance, training, and occupational health and safety.

Perform on-site gown-room protocol audits across multiple entry points: enforce material entry and backpack guidelines, conduct bag checks, maintain pre-gown area cleanliness, coach proper gowning, document policies and weekly audit trends, and follow escalation procedures.

Source, attract, and hire salaried talent by developing recruitment strategies, building pipelines, conducting screenings/interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, maintaining ATS records, and ensuring compliance while promoting employer brand.

Develops and oversees safety programs for on-site construction services, conducts safety audits and training, manages permits and regulatory compliance (OSHA/EPA), leads incident investigations, and supervises junior safety coordinators to ensure safe work practices.
