Conducts job-site audits, hazard assessments, training, permit oversight, regulatory compliance reviews, and safety meetings. Manages safety plans covering LOTO, confined spaces, fall protection, scaffolding, ladders, and MEWPs. Leads injury and incident investigations, represents the company in customer meetings, and indirectly oversees employee safety and two junior coordinators.

Supervise industrial wastewater treatment operations in a semiconductor manufacturing environment. Oversee chemical treatment, water purification, hazardous waste handling, laboratory processes, regulatory compliance, data trending, SOP development, and continuous improvement. Lead a multi-shift technical team, train employees, manage workflow and performance, address process deviations, coordinate with engineering and EHS, and act as the wastewater lab manager during emergencies and shutdowns.

Provides general office and administrative support, including filing, correspondence, mail processing, data entry, document handling, work-request tracking, timesheet and invoicing assistance, reporting, phone screening, and departmental coordination. The role also supports marketing activities for conferences, events, and meetings while managing competing priorities, confidential information, and special projects.

Provide on-site EHS support for construction activities on Intel property: enforce OSHA and Intel safety requirements, perform inspections and audits, manage safety documentation, investigate incidents, lead corrective actions, deliver safety training, and coach field crews to maintain compliance and prevent incidents.

Perform on-site gown-room protocol audits across multiple entry points: enforce material entry and backpack guidelines, conduct bag checks, maintain pre-gown area cleanliness, coach proper gowning, document policies and weekly audit trends, and follow escalation procedures.

Provide on-site HR generalist support at the Austin facility (and remote support for Mesa, AZ). Responsibilities include onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, leaves and accommodations, employee relations and investigations, performance and talent management, recruitment support, disciplinary actions, HR compliance, training, and occupational health and safety.

Perform gown-room auditing and material entry checks across multiple entry points, enforce cleanroom gowning and contamination policies, coach personnel, conduct bag checks, document findings, and maintain pre-gown area cleanliness. Follow escalation procedures and provide weekly audit tracking for trend analysis.

Develops and oversees safety programs for on-site construction services, conducts safety audits and training, manages permits and regulatory compliance (OSHA/EPA), leads incident investigations, and supervises junior safety coordinators to ensure safe work practices.

Provide on-site gown-room auditing across multiple entry points: perform bag checks and Material Entry audits, enforce gowning and contamination controls, coach personnel, maintain pre-gown area cleanliness, document policies and weekly audit tracking, and follow escalation procedures to ensure compliance with site specifications and procedures.
