Manages onsite administrative and office activities while supporting the Site Director and serving as a liaison between employees and corporate HR. Responsibilities include coordinating HR communications and programs, preparing reports and presentations, maintaining training and certification logs, tracking safety infractions and OSHA injuries, supporting workplace culture, and handling ad hoc site requests. The role requires administrative experience, strong organization, professionalism, communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Develops and oversees environmental, health, and safety programs for semiconductor-related construction services. Conducts job-site audits, hazard assessments, training, permit oversight, regulatory compliance reviews, and safety meetings. Manages safety plans covering LOTO, confined spaces, fall protection, scaffolding, ladders, and MEWPs. Leads injury and incident investigations, represents the company in customer meetings, and indirectly oversees employee safety and two junior coordinators.

Supervise industrial wastewater treatment operations in a semiconductor manufacturing environment. Oversee chemical treatment, water purification, hazardous waste handling, laboratory processes, regulatory compliance, data trending, SOP development, and continuous improvement. Lead a multi-shift technical team, train employees, manage workflow and performance, address process deviations, coordinate with engineering and EHS, and act as the wastewater lab manager during emergencies and shutdowns.
