Responsibilities include defining roles, sourcing candidates, coordinating evaluations, closing offers, and delivering a high-quality candidate experience. The recruiter will also develop recruiting strategy, processes, systems, and tooling while operating autonomously in a fast-changing environment. The role requires hiring senior and staff-level engineers and using AI, automation, and emerging tools to improve recruiting workflows.

Seeking a Product Designer with strong visual and UX sensibility. Role involves crafting product interfaces, collaborating with the team/founders, and helping shape product design and experience. Hiring expected in the coming months; open to designers curious about the company's mission.

Build a full-stack AI grading and tutoring platform, deliver an enterprise-ready MVP, and automate business systems. Work across backend (Python/FastAPI/Postgres), frontend (React/Typescript), infra (GCP/Cloud Run/Firebase), and mobile (Capacitor). Contribute to rapid iteration, clean tested code, and deployment pipelines.
