Fall 2026 full-time, in-person Growth internship based in San Francisco. The role may convert to a full-time growth position after successful completion of the internship.

Own growth for Builders’ two-sided talent marketplace by creating acquisition loops, referral programs, community events, social media campaigns, conferences, and brand initiatives. The role requires developing creative campaigns, attracting top candidates and companies, contributing technical tools, setting KPI-driven experiments, prioritizing by ROI, and building a strong builder community.

Source and identify strong-fit candidates for hiring roles at partner Seed-Series B startups. The role involves talent sourcing for Builders’ startup clients and is fully remote, with optional access to the San Francisco office.
