The sourcer independently identifies prospects, conducts outreach, refers candidates through a tracked link, and earns fees based on qualified signups and successful placements. The role is fully remote, flexible, non-exclusive, and contingent, with no minimum hours or quotas. Candidates may use their own sourcing tools and automation, subject to outreach approval guidelines.

Fall 2026 full-time, in-person Growth internship based in San Francisco. The role may convert to a full-time growth position after successful completion of the internship.
