Processes invoices, payments, expense reports, and reimbursements while maintaining accurate vendor and payment records. Reconciles accounts, resolves discrepancies, communicates with vendors, supports month-end close and audits, prepares reports, and ensures compliance with company policies and regulations. The role requires attention to detail, confidentiality, organization, and the ability to manage high invoice volumes and multiple deadlines.
