Responsibilities include managing the QMS, customer and internal audits, corrective actions, complaints and RMAs, process checks, quality objectives, root-cause analysis, Lean initiatives, statistical problem solving, and product-quality escalations. Partners with operations and cross-functional teams to reduce waste, improve processes, satisfy customer requirements, and maintain compliance with applicable standards.

Operate and maintain an aluminum extrusion press, including machine setup, material loading, production monitoring, quality inspection, equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, safety compliance, and production documentation. The role requires rotating 12-hour shifts, physical labor, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or on a team. The employee may eventually train Press Apprentices.

Operate and maintain an aluminum extrusion press by setting up tooling, loading materials, monitoring production, inspecting product quality, adjusting machine settings, performing routine maintenance, documenting output, and following safety procedures. The role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to work overnight and eventually alternating 12-hour weekend shifts.

Coordinates transportation, customer service, contract administration, inventory movement, and shipment documentation. Manages shipments to customers, outside processors, suppliers, and carriers; monitors pickup and delivery schedules; resolves delays and shipment issues; maintains carrier relationships; prepares dispatch sheets, packing lists, and customs invoices; and enters shipment data into company systems. The role requires strong organization, communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

Manages multi-shift fabrication operations for aluminum products, overseeing safety, quality, production, maintenance, staffing, budgets, profitability, and customer requirements. Leads supervisors and employees, improves manufacturing methods and equipment performance, ensures QMS and IATF 16949 compliance, manages outside processors, analyzes financial and operational results, and develops strategies to meet production and profitability targets.

Supervises extrusion press teams, including hiring, training, scheduling, performance management, and discipline. Oversees production planning, quality control, safety compliance, documentation, and process improvement. Analyzes production data, coordinates with maintenance and engineering, resolves operational issues, and reports team performance to plant management. Requires flexibility to work rotating 12-hour shifts and weekends in a manufacturing environment.

Manages daily HR operations, including hourly recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, leave and benefits administration, performance management, compliance, HRIS data, payroll support, employee engagement, and workforce reporting. The role partners with managers and employees across two Pennsylvania manufacturing locations, conducts investigations, supports policy administration, manages temporary staffing, and ensures employment practices comply with applicable laws.

Manages sales activity across the Southeast territory, serving OEMs, end users, distributors, and key accounts. Responsibilities include expanding existing and acquiring new customers, developing territory and account plans, forecasting sales, tracking performance, gathering competitive intelligence, attending trade shows, and coordinating with production, quality, technical, and customer support teams. Requires outside sales experience in aluminum extrusion or similar manufacturing, frequent territory travel, and the ability to interpret blueprints or CAD drawings.
