Creates and revises precise 2D and 3D technical drawings for machined and formed parts using CAD software. Interprets engineering specifications, applies tolerances, maintains drawing documentation, verifies quality and compliance, and resolves drafting issues. Collaborates with engineers and project managers in a hands-on manufacturing environment while managing multiple deadlines and revisions.

Manages inside sales for assigned customer accounts, providing pricing, delivery information, order support, and proactive customer service. Enters and tracks orders, maintains customer records, coordinates with manufacturing, scheduling, materials, quality, and shipping teams, monitors inventory and deliveries, resolves discrepancies, and handles customer complaints. Requires strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and business-to-business sales or account management experience.

Directs manufacturing engineering activities, capital projects, equipment installation, fabrication process optimization, robotics integration, preventive maintenance, and production support. Performs APQP, PFMEA, control planning, run-at-rate analysis, error-proofing, root-cause analysis, and yield improvement. Collaborates with production, maintenance, contractors, and quality teams while supporting scheduling, material planning, quoting, operator training, and future fabrication strategy.
