Perform CAD/CAM engineering and detailing for carbide manufacturing. Convert customer specifications into manufacturable prints, optimize designs for machining, troubleshoot process issues, collaborate with customers and internal teams, assist training, support quotations, and maintain engineering documentation.

Perform parts cleaning, visual inspection, sorting, and packaging of precision parts. Operate cleaning equipment, follow quality and safety procedures, handle cleaning chemicals, support machine scheduling, and assist production teams to meet delivery schedules.

Set up and operate surface and other grinding machines to manufacture precision components to blueprint specifications; select wheels and feeds, verify dimensions with precision measuring tools, perform machine prep and maintenance, and potentially operate CNC equipment. Prioritize work, read blueprints, and ensure quality, safety, and productivity.

Set up and operate manual and multi-axis CNC lathes and mills, read blueprints and GD&T, select tooling and feeds, verify part dimensions with precision instruments, maintain machines, and meet productivity and quality expectations.

Operate and set up parts cleaning equipment; clean, inspect, sort, and package precision parts; follow quality and safety procedures; handle cleaning chemicals safely; assist with scheduling and production goals; work rotating daylight and afternoon shifts.

Set up and operate multi-axis CNC lathes and mills, read blueprints, plan machining sequences, perform precision measurements and inspections, and produce parts to specifications while meeting productivity and quality standards.

Paid, full-time training program teaching shop safety, precision machining, blueprint reading, GD&T, CNC, and precision measurement through classroom instruction and on-the-job training. Trainees complete assignments, maintain shop standards, and develop reliability and teamwork to prepare for shift work and manufacturing roles.
