Creates digital and print designs including marketing materials, websites, social media graphics, advertisements, presentations, branding, and promotional content. Collaborates with marketing, communications, sales, and other stakeholders to translate objectives into visual concepts. Prepares production-ready files, maintains brand consistency, incorporates feedback, manages multiple deadlines, and maintains organized design assets. The role may also involve photo editing, basic video or motion graphics, accessibility practices, and print production.

Provides remote administrative and operational support, including calendar and email management, data entry, document preparation, online research, customer communication, CRM and record updates, meeting coordination, task follow-up, and basic transaction assistance. Maintains accurate records, confidentiality, timely communication, and organized workflows while working independently in a virtual environment.

Provides customer assistance by phone, email, chat, and in person. Handles inquiries, orders, account updates, complaints, payments, refunds, service requests, and billing concerns. Documents interactions, tracks shipments and requests, resolves issues, escalates complex cases, and coordinates with internal departments. Maintains customer confidentiality, meets service standards, performs data entry, and supports a positive customer experience.
