The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing professional, friendly, and efficient assistance to customers by phone, email, online chat, and in person. The position handles customer questions, orders, account information, complaints, payments, service requests, and general inquiries while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls, emails, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, orders, accounts, and procedures.
- Listen carefully to customers and identify their needs and concerns.
- Resolve customer complaints and service issues professionally and efficiently.
- Process customer orders, returns, exchanges, cancellations, and service requests.
- Enter and update customer information accurately in company systems.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions.
- Process payments, invoices, refunds, and account adjustments when applicable.
- Assist customers with account questions and billing concerns.
- Track orders, shipments, appointments, and service requests.
- Follow up with customers regarding outstanding issues or requests.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to supervisors or appropriate departments.
- Coordinate with sales, billing, operations, shipping, and other departments to resolve customer concerns.
- Maintain knowledge of company products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Protect customer information and maintain confidentiality.
- Meet established customer service, quality, productivity, and response-time standards.
- Perform data entry and general administrative duties as needed.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude when interacting with customers.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous customer service, retail, call center, office, or administrative experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software systems.
- Ability to handle multiple customer requests and prioritize tasks.
