Lead financial strategy and operations for a $13M nonprofit; oversee budgeting, forecasting, audit, compliance (GAAP, federal grants, Medicaid), billing, cash management, outsourced accounting partner, and finance team. Act as CEO advisor, present to Board, and drive revenue integrity and financial reporting to support strategic growth.

Provide comprehensive neuropsychological and developmental assessments for children ages 0-6, interpret test batteries, supervise psychometrists, write detailed reports, deliver feedback to families, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to design and refine an early childhood neuropsychology program. Services delivered in-person and virtually; ensure compliant documentation and billing.
