The Chief Financial Officer serves as the CEO’s strategic financial partner, leading financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, audit, grant compliance, investments, cash flow, insurance, and revenue-cycle oversight. The role manages outsourced accounting services, Medicaid and payer billing, financial reporting, and board presentations. The CFO supervises finance and revenue-cycle staff, supports contracts and benefits administration, and ensures nonprofit accounting, regulatory compliance, and sound financial decision-making aligned with Penfield’s growth strategy.

Provide comprehensive neuropsychological and developmental assessments for children ages 0-6, interpret test batteries, supervise psychometrists, write detailed reports, deliver feedback to families, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to design and refine an early childhood neuropsychology program. Services delivered in-person and virtually; ensure compliant documentation and billing.
