Serve as HR Business Partner for Integrated Patient Services, advising managers on performance management, talent and workforce planning, employee relations, change management, policy implementation, and leadership development. Facilitate onboarding, reviews, calibration, and internal mobility while monitoring workforce trends and proposing improvements. Act as an employee champion, resolve employee relations issues empathetically, and partner with HR, L&D, and Talent Acquisition to strengthen team capability and maintain competitive compensation and job descriptions.

Coordinate and own Penda's referral network across Nairobi, Kiambu, and Kajiado: develop facility relationships and agreements, manage urgent referrals and transport/accompaniment, track referral outcomes, close system gaps, train staff on referral procedures, and ensure patients return to Penda for follow-up.

Provide high-quality clinical care including assessment, triage, MCH/FP services, IV/IM medication administration, emergency management, IPC implementation, real-time EHR documentation, MoH reporting, patient education, and continuous professional development to improve clinical operations and patient experience.

Provide high-quality diagnostic laboratory services: collect and process specimens, operate and maintain lab equipment, perform quality control, record results in EMR, manage stock and supplies, prepare reports, and collaborate with clinical teams to ensure accurate, timely patient results.

Provide patient-centered care for neonates, infants, children and adolescents including assessments, diagnosis, treatment, emergency stabilization, care planning, parent counseling, referrals, and collaboration with healthcare staff while staying current with pediatric protocols.

Provide pharmacy services in primary care: receive and process prescriptions, dispense medications, manage drug storage and expiry, maintain DDA-regulated medication records, perform monthly stock takes, collaborate with clinicians on rational drug use, and ensure excellent patient experience.

Provide independent outpatient clinical care including history taking, examination, diagnosis, ordering and interpreting investigations, prescribing treatment, minor procedures, emergency assessment and referrals, documentation, patient education, and participation in continuous professional development following Penda protocols.
