Manages financial operations across medical centres, including revenue, M-Pesa, cash, debit card, petty cash, inventory, and fixed-asset reconciliations. Prepares financial reports, P&L reviews, variance analyses, and month-end close activities. Maintains internal controls, investigates discrepancies, supports audits, reviews invoices, and escalates financial risks or irregularities. Acts as the finance liaison between branches and head office while collaborating with branch managers and the Lead Operations Accountant.

Provides outpatient nursing care, including patient assessment, triage, emergency management, MCH/FP services, nursing procedures, medication administration, infection prevention, patient education, and electronic medical record documentation. The role also requires maintaining supplies, completing regulatory reports, supporting continuous improvement, and collaborating with clinic teams to deliver high-quality patient experiences.

Dispense prescriptions, maintain medication storage and temperature records, manage expiry dates and controlled drugs, conduct monthly stock takes, and track pharmaceutical inventory. Collaborate with clinical officers to promote safe and economical medication use while delivering compassionate patient service. The role requires a recognized diploma in Pharmaceutical Technology, Kenyan registration and licensing, computer proficiency, relevant experience, teamwork, independence, and English and Kiswahili communication skills.

Welcomes and assists patients at the medical centre front desk, manages inquiries, appointments, registration, consent, billing, payments, insurance verification, records, wait times, and reporting. Coordinates with clinical and support teams to ensure smooth patient flow and a positive patient experience. Maintains an organized reception area and accurate documentation while handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Provides independent outpatient clinical care, including patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, investigations, minor procedures, emergency response, referrals, documentation, counseling, and preventive health education. The role requires adherence to evidence-based protocols, participation in continuous professional development, and collaboration with clinical mentors and Medical Centre leadership.

Provide high-quality diagnostic laboratory services: collect and process specimens, operate and maintain lab equipment, perform quality control, record results in EMR, manage stock and supplies, prepare reports, and collaborate with clinical teams to ensure accurate, timely patient results.

Provide patient-centered care for neonates, infants, children and adolescents including assessments, diagnosis, treatment, emergency stabilization, care planning, parent counseling, referrals, and collaboration with healthcare staff while staying current with pediatric protocols.

Provide pharmacy services in primary care: receive and process prescriptions, dispense medications, manage drug storage and expiry, maintain DDA-regulated medication records, perform monthly stock takes, collaborate with clinicians on rational drug use, and ensure excellent patient experience.

Provide independent outpatient clinical care including history taking, examination, diagnosis, ordering and interpreting investigations, prescribing treatment, minor procedures, emergency assessment and referrals, documentation, patient education, and participation in continuous professional development following Penda protocols.
