The Network Engineer will design, implement, and troubleshoot network solutions, provide employee training, manage projects, and escalate technical issues as needed.

Maintain, configure and support unified communications and VoIP systems including 911 alerting, SIP/PRI/analog lines, endpoints, QoS and DHCP/DNS. Provide application support for customer engagement products, generate call usage reports, troubleshoot telephony services, and collaborate with networking team on UC deployments and configurations. Onsite presence in Palmerton and occasional travel within company footprint required.

Provide phone-first customer support (with chat and email overflow) for billing, repair, retention and sales. Provide administrative support at an automotive service center: answer phones, process vehicle acquisition orders, create and file work orders, schedule maintenance and inspections, update and import/export databases, manage vendor and fuel/GPS accounts, create monthly invoices in Excel, process payments in QuickBooks, maintain registrations and insurance files, and perform other assigned office duties.

Monitor and respond to core and customer network outages for an MPLS/Cisco network; troubleshoot routers, switches, VoIP and cable/DSL issues; coordinate with vendors, engineers, and customers; investigate attacks, process escalations and subpoenas, and perform root cause analysis.

The CRM Systems Administrator manages CRM systems, supports users, develops workflows and automation, and ensures system improvements and documentation.

Generate new business and sales opportunities for PenTeleData in central Pennsylvania through cold calling, email, face-to-face meetings, CRM pipeline management, quoting and contracting, and community relationship-building to meet monthly sales quotas.

Support promotion of sports and live programming by creating posts, videos, and graphics; update promotional templates; post daily to Twitter/X, Facebook, and Instagram; publish approved YouTube sports stories; work independently and present content to the Social Media Manager.
