Monitor and troubleshoot PenTeleData's MPLS network, routers, switches and access devices from the Network Control Center. Respond to outages, coordinate with vendors and field personnel, mitigate attacks, handle escalations and customer communications, support managed customer networks, perform root cause analysis, and process law enforcement subpoenas.

The Network Engineer will design, implement, and troubleshoot network solutions, provide employee training, manage projects, and escalate technical issues as needed.

The CRM Systems Administrator manages CRM systems, supports users, develops workflows and automation, and ensures system improvements and documentation.

Maintain, configure and support unified communications and VoIP systems including 911 alerting, SIP/PRI/analog lines, endpoints, QoS and DHCP/DNS. Provide application support for customer engagement products, generate call usage reports, troubleshoot telephony services, and collaborate with networking team on UC deployments and configurations. Onsite presence in Palmerton and occasional travel within company footprint required.

Provide technical support and customer service for equipment and services, troubleshoot issues, and assist team members in resolving problems through effective communication.
