Deliver weekday evening weather forecasts for a seven-county Pennsylvania region across multiple platforms. Translate meteorological data and computer model outputs into conversational audience-focused presentations, prepare weather graphics, and produce a weekly feature story. The role also involves live on-air presenting, potentially shooting and editing content, and performing other assigned duties.

Provides Level II technical support to staff and customers for cable, video-on-demand, internet, wireless, and digital phone services. Troubleshoots equipment and connectivity issues, configures customer equipment, resolves problems remotely when possible, and escalates issues to provisioning teams, technicians, or vendors. Supports customer service representatives, performs proactive monitoring and quality assurance projects, documents solutions, and delivers professional customer communication.

Provides first-line technical support to customers through phone, chat, and email. Troubleshoots products, services, computers, operating systems, mobile platforms, and connectivity issues; routes cases to other teams; documents customer interactions; and completes assigned projects. The role requires paid training, customer service skills, strong communication and data entry abilities, multitasking, adaptability, and Pennsylvania residency. Employees work in-house during probation before potentially transitioning to a performance-based hybrid schedule.
