The Network Engineer will design, implement, and troubleshoot network solutions, provide employee training, manage projects, and escalate technical issues as needed.

Maintain, configure and support unified communications and VoIP systems including 911 alerting, SIP/PRI/analog lines, endpoints, QoS and DHCP/DNS. Provide application support for customer engagement products, generate call usage reports, troubleshoot telephony services, and collaborate with networking team on UC deployments and configurations. Onsite presence in Palmerton and occasional travel within company footprint required.

Provide phone-first customer support (with chat and email overflow) for billing, repair, retention and sales. Troubleshoot technical issues for first-call resolution, educate customers on products, promote self-service, meet performance metrics, attend 10-week training (6 weeks remote, 4 weeks in-person), and complete occasional in-office days and overtime as needed.
