Lead and manage a regional DSD team of Route Sales Representatives and Independent Distributors to achieve sales, distribution, merchandising, and customer service targets; oversee route planning, marketing execution, budgeting, performance reviews, training, and safety; collaborate with account sales to grow key accounts.

Provide employment law counsel to North America operations, advise on hiring/terminations, leaves and ADA accommodations, labor relations and union matters, manage employment litigation and agency charges, engage and oversee outside counsel, and develop legal training and policies to ensure compliance across cafes, plants, and distribution centers.

Support the Store Manager to drive sales and operations, coach and develop team members, assist with hiring and scheduling, manage inventory and cash handling, maintain cleanliness, and ensure compliance with safety and labor standards.

Manage indirect sourcing categories including RFPs, contract negotiation, supplier selection and performance. Drive cost-savings, stakeholder collaboration, supplier due diligence, and risk/compliance activities. Analyze proposals and financials, present recommendations, and coach buyers to improve profitability, reduce working capital, and increase service levels.

Design, develop, and maintain blended learning for retail field employees (Baristas, Shift Leads, Store Managers). Create workshops, eLearning, manuals, video, and assessments; build assessment and measurement, uphold instructional design standards, manage SMEs, package franchise programs, launch seasonal trainings, and integrate learning technologies and AI for scalability.
