Own execution of the Peetnik Rewards loyalty program: design and run CRM and lifecycle campaigns (email, push, in‑app), build automated journeys, segment and personalize audiences, run A/B and multivariate tests, analyze and report performance, partner cross‑functionally to align creative and technical requirements, and manage multiple campaign timelines to drive adoption, engagement, and retention.

Create and maintain weekly production schedules with co-manufacturers to meet inventory and service targets. Generate and reconcile work orders/batches, update MRP/ERP planning parameters, track production attainment, analyze schedule variances, improve inventory visibility, and support S&OE processes to ensure smooth co-manufacturing operations.

Support multistate sales and use tax compliance including preparing returns, reviewing transactions, managing use tax accruals and reconciliations, supporting audits, maintaining exemption certificates, researching nexus and taxability, monitoring law changes, participating in process automation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
