Responsibilities include translating state strategies into district plans, managing and mentoring project teams, coordinating with government education officials, conducting school visits, monitoring dashboards and field data, collaborating with MEL and content teams, documenting learnings, and supporting academic and leadership interventions for schools, teachers, and government stakeholders.

Lead Peepul’s Delhi Project Management Unit and partnership with the Municipal Corporation of Delhi. The role manages senior government stakeholder relationships, secures approvals, drives policy alignment, resolves administrative barriers, mentors PMU staff, and oversees programme planning, implementation, monitoring, and deliverable tracking across education initiatives.

Develops and curates Science education content, including lesson plans, training modules, scripts, and teaching resources for government schools. Designs teacher capacity-building interventions, workshops, SOPs, evaluation tools, and implementation reports. Conducts subject research, analyzes teacher and student needs, monitors outcomes, and collaborates with government stakeholders, academic teams, trainers, and monitoring and evaluation experts to support large-scale education initiatives in Madhya Pradesh.

Lead academic excellence and daily functioning at a network school. The role supports curriculum implementation, trains teachers and students on topics including MS Office and Scratch, collaborates with education officials and partners, develops short courses, and helps monitor training outcomes.

Leads the design, delivery, piloting, and evaluation of teacher and school-leader professional development programs for Delhi government education systems. Responsibilities include developing training interventions, managing stakeholder relationships, tracking project impact, documenting learnings, creating work plans, collaborating with monitoring and evaluation teams, and coaching associates. The role oversees teacher and school capacity building, assessment-led instruction, data-driven governance reforms, milestone tracking, stakeholder coordination, and team development across Delhi’s public education system.

Lead and implement large-scale teacher capacity-building initiatives across Madhya Pradesh. Responsibilities include developing educational content, training plans, SOPs, reports, and case studies; coordinating with government stakeholders; supporting academic coaches; defining success metrics; using data; and collaborating on evaluation and implementation at scale.

Supports the design, implementation, and scaling of an education assessment reform project for government schools. Responsibilities include developing FLN training and assessment content, facilitating teacher and school leader training, conducting classroom observations, tracking intervention impact, coordinating implementation, building government and external partnerships, and supporting sustainable capacity development.
