Lead education reform programs in partnership with Madhya Pradesh government and education stakeholders. Responsibilities include designing and delivering blended teacher and school-leader training, overseeing instructional content development, measuring training impact, managing high-performing teams, building knowledge partnerships, supporting education policy reform, and representing Peepul in senior meetings and conferences.

Supports gender mainstreaming initiatives across education programs in Madhya Pradesh through research, coordination, implementation, monitoring, reporting, and stakeholder engagement. Responsibilities include collecting sex-disaggregated data, maintaining trackers and dashboards, coordinating workshops and training, preparing documentation and reports, liaising with government and partner stakeholders, and tracking project deliverables, budgets, and timelines. The role applies gender-responsive and intersectional approaches to education and inclusion programs.

Lead field-based implementation of the SV PM SHRI education programme across Madhya Pradesh districts. Responsibilities include translating state strategies into district plans, managing and mentoring project teams, coordinating with government education officials, conducting school visits, monitoring dashboards and field data, collaborating with MEL and content teams, documenting learnings, and supporting academic and leadership interventions for schools, teachers, and government stakeholders.
