Oversee operations, admissions, staff mentorship, community relations, committees, and special projects, emphasizing trach and ventilator care. Requires Pennsylvania RN license, a bachelor's degree, and five-plus years' related experience.

Provide leadership for pediatric home health nursing: supervise RN case management, manage medical records, develop staff and processes, ensure state regulatory compliance, build relationships with physicians/families, mentor staff, participate in admissions and committees, and coordinate special projects.
