Pediatric Specialty Care is hosting a nursing open house to recruit nurses to care for medically fragile, technology-dependent children. Attendees may receive immediate interviews/offers; positions include clinical nursing duties, teamwork in a supportive pediatric environment, and opportunities for extra hours and benefits.

Lead and direct the nursing department providing care for pediatric patients with complex conditions. Oversee operations, admissions, staff mentorship, community relations, committees, and special projects, emphasizing trach and ventilator care. Requires Pennsylvania RN license, a bachelor's degree, and five-plus years' related experience.

Provide leadership for pediatric home health nursing: supervise RN case management, manage medical records, develop staff and processes, ensure state regulatory compliance, build relationships with physicians/families, mentor staff, participate in admissions and committees, and coordinate special projects.
