Sell new and used vehicles at Poway Hyundai by providing excellent customer service, building rapport, using dealership software, and working evenings and weekends. Maintain professional appearance, manage time and organization, and assist Spanish-speaking customers if bilingual.

Generate and qualify sales opportunities via inbound/outbound calls, emails, texts, and digital leads. Build rapport, identify customer needs, schedule qualified appointments, maintain CRM records, follow up to nurture leads, meet performance goals, and coordinate handoffs with the sales team while representing the brand professionally.

Serve as the primary post-sale contact to ensure vehicle purchase satisfaction. Conduct follow-ups, address concerns, track commitments, monitor feedback and surveys, coordinate resolutions with departments, maintain records, respond via phone/text/email, and support customer experience initiatives and administrative tasks.

Bilingual Spanish is a plus; valid in-state driver’s license required.
