Lead a team of office and accounting staff, ensure regulatory compliance, maintain financial documentation, and partner with senior leadership on financial strategy, cost control, margin improvement, and operational accuracy.

Conduct follow-ups, address concerns, track commitments, monitor feedback and surveys, coordinate resolutions with departments, maintain records, respond via phone/text/email, and support customer experience initiatives and administrative tasks.

Sell new and used vehicles at Poway Hyundai by providing excellent customer service, building rapport, using dealership software, and working evenings and weekends. Maintain professional appearance, manage time and organization, and assist Spanish-speaking customers if bilingual.
