Process all payroll tasks (hours, salaries, commissions, taxes, garnishments), maintain payroll records and pay changes, prepare earnings and deduction reports, perform accounting journal entries and GL support, administer benefits, handle employee inquiries, and drive employee engagement and performance management.

Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Consultants to meet sales goals. Oversee daily activities, CRM usage, prospecting, deal negotiation, pricing, and customer experience. Monitor KPIs, assist closings, collaborate with F&I, manage inventory matching, resolve customer issues, and support Sales Manager in achieving monthly and annual targets while ensuring compliance with policies and manufacturer standards.

Serve as the primary post-sale contact to ensure vehicle purchase satisfaction. Conduct follow-ups, address concerns, track commitments, monitor feedback and surveys, coordinate resolutions with departments, maintain records, respond via phone/text/email, and support customer experience initiatives and administrative tasks.
