Processes dealership payroll, including wages, commissions, taxes, garnishments, deductions, pay changes, and payroll records. Prepares earnings, tax, benefit, and management reports; performs accounting journal entries, reconciliations, and general ledger support. Handles employee and management personnel inquiries, administers benefits, supports performance management, and promotes employee engagement. Requires automotive accounting experience, strong organizational and communication skills, payroll software knowledge, and familiarity with Google Workspace; Paylocity experience is preferred.

Generates and qualifies sales opportunities through inbound and outbound calls, emails, texts, and online inquiries. The representative assesses prospect needs, budgets, timelines, and interest; schedules appointments; maintains CRM records; nurtures leads; meets activity and conversion goals; and coordinates qualified lead handoffs to sales representatives. The role also requires product knowledge, strong communication, customer service, organization, multitasking, and a results-oriented approach.

Oversee automotive dealership accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, DMV processing, deal posting, reconciliations, cash management, tax filings, and financial reporting. Lead a team of office and accounting staff, ensure regulatory compliance, maintain financial documentation, and partner with senior leadership on financial strategy, cost control, margin improvement, and operational accuracy.
