Support inventory planning, supplier sourcing/onboarding, and daily supply chain operations across Amazon, Shopify and TikTok Shops. Maintain trackers, prepare POs, monitor shipments, coordinate with 3PLs, and drive process improvements and reporting.

The Retention Manager will develop and implement strategies to improve customer retention, focusing on subscriber lifetime value, while collaborating closely across multiple teams to enhance the customer journey.

The role involves developing and optimizing advanced Shopify applications, enhancing store performance, and implementing custom features for eCommerce success.
