Provide community-based rehabilitative services and case management to individuals with severe, persistent mental illness. Conduct assessments, develop and implement treatment goals, maintain safety and documentation in the EMR, coordinate with guardians and community supports, comply with DHW regulations, and attend supervision and trainings.

Provide mental health case management: coordinate treatment plans, link clients to community supports, monitor progress, perform crisis intervention, maintain confidentiality under HIPAA, document interventions and recovery plans, and collaborate with clinicians, families, and agencies to support client self-advocacy and stability.

Provide doctoral-level psychological services including clinical interviews, DSM-5 diagnosis, psychotherapy, psychological and neuropsychological testing with integrated reports, treatment planning, and clinical supervision of students. Collaborate with healthcare team, document care, and work with diverse, underserved populations while meeting service-hour requirements.
