Coordinate and administer OSP work orders from planning through closeout. Schedule, track, reconcile, and report project milestones, support material procurement, liaise with engineering/planning/drafting/vendors, troubleshoot issues, maintain documentation, and drive process improvements and performance metrics.

Design, manage, and support copper and fiber outside plant (OSP) projects including aerial, buried, underground, MDU, and subdivision work. Conduct field surveys, prepare permits and pole attachments, coordinate utilities and contractors, update engineering databases, and monitor budgets and schedules to ensure on-time, compliant network construction and restoration.

Prepare engineering plans, perform field measurements and inspections, manage permits and budgets, conduct quality control, and coordinate with municipalities and stakeholders to ensure compliant, cost-effective deployment of FTTH, DSL, Metro-E, SONET and other network solutions.

Responsibilities include safety planning (JHAs/RAs), crew leadership, inspecting and repairing composite and electrical/mechanical systems, and documenting work.

Design, plan, and support outside plant (OSP) copper and fiber projects including engineering drawings, permitting, field surveys, contractor coordination, budget monitoring, and record-keeping using FROGS, Varasset, and SiteTracker. Travel locally for fieldwork and municipal coordination.
